Well, howdy there, y’all! Let’s jaw about this here “The Owl House” show. Heard it’s some kinda cartoon, like them fancy things my grandkids watch. Folks are makin’ a big fuss over it, sayin’ it’s got all sorts of quizzes and whatnots. So, let’s see what this hullabaloo is all about.
First off, they got this Raine Whispers character. Now, they ain’t no regular fella or gal, see? They’re what they call “non-binary,” which means they ain’t a he or a she. Uses “they/them” words, kinda like talkin’ about a whole bunch of folks, but it’s just the one person. And get this, the person doin’ the talkin’ for Raine, they’s one of them “non-binary Latino artists” too. Fancy, huh?
Then there’s this young’un, Luz Noceda. She’s a 14-year-old girl, comes from a place called Gravesfield, Connecticut, wherever that is. They say she’s a “Afro-Dominican-American,” which I reckon means she’s got folks from all over in her family. And this here Luz, she likes both boys and girls, they call it “bisexual.” First time Disney’s had a main girl like that, I hear. Plus, she’s got a “neurodivergent” brain, which means she thinks a little different, like my cousin Jebediah who always talked to the chickens.
- Now, they got quizzes about all sorts of things in this show.
- They wanna know how well you know the characters.
- They got crosswords and trivia games, all kinds of brain teasers.
There’s this other character, Eberwolf. Don’t talk much, just growls and roars. But they say he understands everything, even reads and writes! They use “he/him” words for him, so I guess he’s a fella. Kinda like my old hound dog, Buster, understood more than he let on.
And don’t forget King Clawthorne. He’s a little fella, a Titan they call him, and he’s always with this witch named Eda. Sounds like a mischievous little tyke, reminds me of my nephew Billy when he was knee-high to a grasshopper.
So, all these folks and their stories, they got people makin’ quizzes. They wanna test your knowledge, see if you’ve been payin’ attention. You got your character quizzes, tryna figure out who’s who and what’s what. Then there’s them trivia games, askin’ all sorts of questions about the show. And crosswords too! Lord have mercy, I ain’t done a crossword since… well, since never, I reckon.
They got these quizzes all over the place, on websites like Sporcle and JetPunk. Never heard of ’em myself, but I guess that’s where the young’uns hang out these days. They say these quizzes are a good way to test your knowledge, see how much you really know about “The Owl House.” And you can even compare your score to other folks, see if you’re smarter than them or not.
Now, I ain’t one for sittin’ in front of a screen all day, but I reckon these quizzes might be fun for them who like that sort of thing. It’s a way to learn more about the show and its characters, and to challenge your brain a little bit. And who knows, maybe you’ll even learn somethin’ new. Like that “non-binary” thing, never heard of it before, but I guess that’s the way the world’s goin’ these days.
So, if you’re a fan of “The Owl House,” or if you’re just lookin’ for somethin’ to do, go on and try one of them quizzes. See how well you know your stuff. And if you get stumped, don’t worry about it. It’s just a cartoon, after all. Ain’t nothin’ to lose sleep over.
Anyways, that’s all I got to say about this “The Owl House” and its quizzes. Hope it made some sense to y’all. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go check on my chickens.
