This here thing, this UPCI Junior Bible Quizzing, it’s somethin’ else. It’s for the young’uns, ya know? Gets ’em learnin’ the Good Book. My old eyes ain’t what they used to be, but I seen them kids, smart as a whip, recitin’ verses and such.
They got different groups, I reckon. Like, the little ones, 8 and under, they’re called Beginners. Then there’s the Juniors, that’s for the 9, 10, and 11-year-olds. They call it Junior Bible Quizzing. They learn a whole mess of verses, ’bout 180, I hear. That’s a lot of words for little heads! But they do it, bless their hearts.
Then there are them older ones. Like, there’s the ones from 12 to 14. And even some new ones that are 15 to 18. They’re in the “Intermediate” group for this Junior Bible Quizzing thing. It’s good to see them learnin’, keepin’ ’em outta trouble, ya know? Keeps ’em on the straight and narrow.
And then, for the real smart ones, 12 to 18 again, they got this “Experienced” group. Sounds fancy, don’t it? I guess they really know their stuff. This whole Bible Quizzing thing is a good thing. They get to memorize God’s words.
I heard they got 20 seconds to answer, or 30 to say a whole verse. That’s quick thinkin’! And they get points, 20 if they’re right. Lose some if they’re wrong. It’s serious business. They ask who, what, where, why, all from the Bible. Those kids sure do know their Bible stuff.
They got this thing online, too, a website, for this UPCI Bible Quizzing. It’s all official-like, from the Sunday School people, I reckon. Helps folks get started with this Bible Quizzing in their own churches. That’s good, spreadin’ the word and all.

And I seen somethin’ about lessons from Psalms. Psalms of David, mind you! That’s good readin’, right there. Good for the soul. They have this Junior Bible Quizzing Upci thing, that helps you learn the Bible.
This whole Bible Quizzing is part of that UPCI, that church group. They got somethin’ called Children’s and Youth Ministries. Sounds important. It’s all about teachin’ the young’uns the Bible, memorizin’ it and all that. That’s what they call “discipleship.” Fancy word for learnin’ and followin’ the Good Book.
It’s good for these kids, I tell ya. Keeps ’em outta trouble, keeps their minds sharp. And learnin’ the Bible, well, that’s never a bad thing. They need that, these days. The world’s a mess, and these kids need somethin’ solid to hold onto. This Junior Bible Quizzing is a good way to learn.
They got all sorts of things to help ’em, too. Resources, they call ’em. Probably books and papers and such. Whatever helps them kids learn, I reckon. I seen that there’s this thing called “Upci Junior Bible Quizzing 2022“. I don’t know much about that year, but I guess it is important for them.
This Bible Quizzing, it ain’t just for fun, though it probably is fun for them kids. It’s about somethin’ more. It’s about plantin’ seeds, ya know? Seeds of faith. Seeds that’ll grow up strong and tall, like a mighty oak tree. These kids, they’re the future, and they need the Good Book to guide ’em.
I remember back when I was a young’un, we didn’t have nothin’ like this Junior Bible Quizzing. We just had Sunday School and church. But this, this is somethin’ special. It’s like a game, but it’s also serious learnin’. And it’s good, clean fun. Nothin’ wrong with that.
So, yeah, this UPCI Junior Bible Quizzing, it’s a good thing. It’s a real good thing. I’m glad them kids got it. Wish I had somethin’ like that when I was their age. Maybe I’d know even more verses than I do now! And that’s sayin’ somethin’, ’cause I know a whole heap of ’em!
It ain’t easy, memorizin’ all them words. But these kids, they do it. They work hard, and they learn, and they grow. And that’s what it’s all about, ain’t it? Growin’ up right, learnin’ right from wrong, and knowin’ the Good Book. That’s what these kids are doin’ with this Bible Quizzing, and I’m proud of ’em. Every single one.
