Hey everyone, it’s your buddy back again with another project! So, I’ve been wanting to put a TV in my kitchen for a while now. I love having something on in the background while I cook, but I didn’t want a big, bulky TV taking up precious counter space. That’s when I stumbled upon these cool flip-down TVs that you can mount under your cabinets. Pretty neat, right?
First off, I started by checking out some options online. It looks like there are some brands called SYLVOX and KUVASION offering these types of TVs. I saw that Best Buy has some models too, including a smart TV from LG. Prices were all over the place, from around 100 bucks to a couple hundred, I think even the LG one was on sale.
After reading through tons of reviews, I decided to go with a 15.6-inch 1080p model. Seemed like the perfect size for my kitchen, and the picture quality was supposed to be pretty decent. Plus, it had a 90-degree rotation feature, which I thought would be handy.
Once the TV arrived, I got to work on the installation. Let me tell you, it wasn’t exactly a walk in the park. I had to find the studs in the cabinet, drill some holes, and mount the bracket. It definitely helped to have an extra set of hands to hold the TV while I secured it.
- Find the studs
- Drill the holes
- Mount the bracket
- Secure the TV
After a bit of sweat and maybe a few curse words, I finally got the TV up and running. And you know what? It looks great! The picture is crisp and clear, and the sound is surprisingly good for such a small TV. I can now watch my favorite shows while I whip up dinner, and it doesn’t take up any valuable counter space. Plus, I can just flip it up and out of the way when I’m not using it.
It’s a Win!
Overall, I’m super happy with how this project turned out. It was a bit of a challenge to install, but totally worth it in the end. If you’re looking for a way to add a TV to your kitchen without sacrificing space, I highly recommend checking out these flip-down TVs. They’re a game-changer! Until next time, folks!
