Okay, so, let’s talk about what went down at WWE Backlash 2024. I’ve been following WWE for a while, and this event got me pretty hyped up, you know? So, I made sure to set aside the whole day for it. May 4th, it was a Saturday, perfect for some wrestling action.
First off, I got myself ready. Snacks? Check. Drinks? Check. Comfy spot on the couch? Double-check. I didn’t want any interruptions, this was serious business. Then, I made sure to catch up on all the pre-show buzz, reading predictions, and all that good stuff online. It’s always fun to see what other fans think is gonna happen.
The event took place at the LDLC Arena in France, which was a first for Backlash. Kind of cool, right? They had five matches lined up. I started watching right from the opening bout. That was the Raw main event. I was screaming and throwing my snacks every where.
Then, the main event rolled around. It was a tag team match: Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns versus The Bloodline’s Solo Sikoa and Jacob Fatu. It was nuts, to say the least. I saw Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns win which was exciting.
There were also matches with Damian Priest, Jey Uso, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, and The Kabuki Warriors. And hey, Bayley and Tiffany Stratton had a showdown for the Smackdown Women’s Title. Bayley, who’d just won it back at Wrestlemania, had to defend it against Tiffany. It was a whole thing because she wanted Naomi to get the shot, but, oh well.
Some Random Thoughts
- Wrestlers and their signature calls, am I right? Sometimes it’s awesome, sometimes it’s just too much.
- Seeing it live was crazy. I always wonder, who won the matches at these pay-per-view events? I mean, I find out, but it’s still fun to guess.
So, I spent my Saturday glued to the screen, watching all these matches unfold. It was a blast. Wrestling is just one of those things that really get the blood pumping, and I love sharing these moments. After everything wrapped up, I hopped online to see what everyone else thought. It’s always interesting to see the different reactions and opinions, you know?
That’s my story of how I experienced WWE Backlash 2024. It wasn’t just about watching the matches; it was the whole experience, the anticipation, the excitement, and the aftermath. Good times. I just had to share this with y’all. Hope you enjoyed hearing about it!
