So, I’ve been hitting up the gym lately, and I’ve really been getting into the UFC Gym classes. I wanted to share my experience with you guys, especially for those who might be curious about what it’s like.
First off, I started by checking out their class schedule. They have a ton of options, which is great because I like to switch things up. You’ve got your usual stuff like yoga and spin classes, but they also have these cool MMA-inspired classes like Fight Fit, Boxing, and Kickboxing. They really help me with my goals.
Then I downloaded the UFC GYM App. The app is pretty neat because it lets you see the class schedules, book your spot, and even manage your membership. I got to say that the app helps me a lot to manage my time.
I decided to try out a Fight Fit class first. It’s based on a UFC championship fight, with five 5-minute rounds. There’s no actual fighting, thank goodness, but you still get a killer workout. The coach guides you through bag work and other exercises. It’s intense but super rewarding.
After that, I wanted to try a class called Cardio. It’s basically an extensive training class designed to push your body to its limits, start to finish. I found this class effective because I am aiming to improve my stamina. I’ll definitely be back for more of these.
I also tried some of their other classes, like Boxing and Kickboxing. They’re a great way to learn some basic techniques while getting a good sweat. Plus, they have classes for all ages and skill levels, so you don’t have to be a pro to join in.
Oh, and I almost forgot! They have this thing called UFC COINS, which is a rewards program. You earn points for doing stuff in and outside of the gym, and then you can redeem them for rewards and other stuff. The points can motivate me to keep on track.
Overall, I’m really enjoying the UFC Gym classes. They’re a fun and challenging way to get in shape, and the variety keeps things interesting. If you’re looking for a new workout routine, I definitely recommend checking them out.
