Alright, so, I’ve been meaning to get into something new, a little crafty, maybe. And I stumbled upon this whole “Total Drama Island” coloring pages thing. Sounds kinda random, I know, but I thought, why not? Let’s give this a shot.
So first, I did a bit of digging. Just wanted to see what’s out there, you know? Turns out, there’s a ton of these coloring pages online. Free ones, too! Which is always a plus, right? And there were some based on characters like Zoey and Bruno. So I just start browsing around.
- Started looking through the pictures on search engine.
- Found a bunch of free ones that looked kinda cool.
After I checked out some search engine results, I started grabbing a few that caught my eye. Just downloading them onto my computer, nothing fancy. Figured I’d print them out later.
Printing Time
Next up, printing. Now, I wanted to be able to rearrange these pages, maybe make my own little booklet or something. So, I got this idea – I’d put each of these downloaded images onto its own slide in a PowerPoint. Makes sense, right? I can resize them, move ’em around, no problem. That was my master plan, anyway.
I opened up PowerPoint and started placing each page on its own slide. Pretty straightforward stuff. It was kind of time-consuming, but not difficult, just drag and drop.
Once I had all the images in a PowerPoint file, I resized them and moved them around, just playing with the layout to see what worked best. I decided to make it just four pages per slide and then it hit the “Print” button. Then, I got them all printed out, all these “Total Drama Island” characters staring back at me from the pages.
Coloring Begins
Finally, the coloring part! I grabbed my old colored pencils, some of them I haven’t used for years! But they’re perfect for this, I was pretty sure. And then, I just started coloring. No real plan, just went with the flow, picking colors that felt right for each character.
Honestly, it was pretty relaxing. I spent a good few hours just coloring away, kind of lost in my own world. It was a nice break from staring at a computer screen, I gotta say.
So yeah, that’s my little adventure with “Total Drama Island” coloring pages. It’s not exactly changing the world, but it was a fun little project. Maybe I’ll do more of these. Who knows? Might even try and find some other types of coloring pages, maybe Korean Drama character? It’s a whole new world for me.
Anyway, that’s the story of how I got into coloring. Just wanted to share. If you’re looking for a chill activity, give it a shot. You might be surprised how much you enjoy it!
