Okay, here’s my sharing about the Leonardo comic book and action figure:
So, I’ve been messing around with this Leonardo figure and comic book set lately. It all started when I saw this thing online – it’s like a throwback to the old Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics. I’m a big fan of the Turtles, so I thought, “Why not?”
First off, I grabbed the set and checked out the packaging. It’s got this cool artwork of Leonardo, and it says it’s part of this “BST AXN” line. Sounds fancy, right? Anyway, I ripped that box open, and the first thing I did was grab the figure. It’s about 5 inches tall, which is a decent size for an action figure. I started bending its arms and legs, and let me tell you, this thing has a lot of joints. They say it has 31 points of articulation. I didn’t count them, but it sure can pose in a bunch of ways.
- Moving on to the comic book.
It’s called the “Best of Leonardo,” and it’s a collection of stories featuring good old Leo. I flipped through the pages, and it’s got about 100 pages of classic Turtles action. The art style is just like the old comics, which I love. I spent a good chunk of time just reading through it, reliving some of those epic moments.
Next, I started comparing the figure to the comic book art. The figure’s got this unique color scheme that’s inspired by the comic book’s version of Leonardo. It’s not exactly the same as the cartoon version, which is kind of cool. It feels more like the gritty, original Turtles.
I set up the figure in a bunch of different poses, trying to recreate some scenes from the comic. It’s pretty fun to see how close I could get. The figure’s pretty detailed, too. It’s got all of Leonardo’s signature gear, like his katanas and his blue mask.
I also noticed the size of the box mentioned on it. Something about 2.50 x 10.50 x 7.00 inches. I didn’t measure it myself, but it seems about right. It’s a good size for displaying the figure and the comic together. I don’t know if “Mint Condition Guaranteed” actually means or not. Sounds good.
In a Nutshell
This Leonardo set is a neat little package for any Turtles fan. The figure is well-made and super poseable, and the comic book is a great read. I had a blast playing around with it and revisiting some classic Turtles stories. If you’re into the Turtles, or just like cool action figures and comics, I’d say this one’s worth checking out. I saw it was sold on a online store and eBay, but I didn’t check it. That’s all for my little adventure with Leonardo. Hope you guys enjoyed my ramblings!
