You know what? I heard some folks talking ’bout this thing, this FoxyBulma comic. They say it’s somethin’ special. Sounds like a bunch of hocus pocus to me, but I gotta tell ya what I heard.
These young’uns, they always got their noses in them picture books. This FoxyBulma thing, it’s one of them. Seems like it’s full of all sorts of, well, I don’t know what to call it. Strange-lookin’ folks with big eyes and wild hair, runnin’ around doin’ who knows what.
They say you can find this FoxyBulma comic online. Now, I don’t know nothin’ ’bout this online thingamajig. But they say it’s like a big ol’ library, but it’s all on that computer screen. Imagine that! A whole library in that little box.
Someone was sayin’ that FoxyBulma is something about love with Saiyan. I don’t know what Saiyan is, just some alien I think. They got special power and can fly around. Maybe that’s all true. I just repeat what I heard. I don’t think I will read it anyway.
I heard there’s this place called, uh, GetComics or somethin’ like that. They say you can get all kinds of these picture books there. DC, Marvel, Image, they got all them fancy names. Sounds like a whole lot of nothin’ to me, but the kids seem to like it. They say you can “download” them. Whatever that means. Sounds like stealin’ to me, but what do I know?
And then there’s this other thing, somethin’ ’bout a library card. Now that, I understand. We used to have a library in town. But they say you can use your library card to get these FoxyBulma comic things online, for free! Free is good. Everybody likes free. Even I like it. You can read this FoxyBulma online, or you can also download it to your computer or phone. These young people are really good at these things.
Some folks say there is a website called *, or somethin’ like that. They say there are a lot of these FoxyBulma stuff there. And they are all about adult things. If you know what I mean. So if you are a kid, just avoid it, ok? You need to be careful these days. If you are not careful enough, you will see something you should not see.
Oh, and they’re always talkin’ ’bout this Google thing. Seems like it knows everything. They say it’s easier to find these comics with Google than without it. Maybe that’s why everybody talks about it. Well, maybe I will also try to learn how to use it someday. But I am just too old to learn new things now.
I don’t know why these young people always read these comics. When I was young, I just played outside with my friends all day. We climbed trees, played hide-and-seek. We didn’t need these comics to have fun. But times are different now. What can I say?

Well, that’s all I know about this FoxyBulma comic. It’s all a bit much for me. I think I’ll just stick to my garden and my chickens. But if you’re into that sort of thing, well, you go right ahead. Just be careful out there in that online world. It’s a strange place, I tell ya.
These kids today, they’re always talkin’ about these newfangled things. “Download” this and “online” that. It’s all Greek to me. But I guess it makes them happy. And that’s what matters, right? I just hope they don’t spend all their time starin’ at them screens. There’s a whole world out there, just waitin’ to be explored. And it ain’t on no computer screen, that’s for sure.
You know, back in my day, we didn’t have none of this fancy technology. We had to use our imaginations. And you know what? We had a lot of fun. I hope these kids are having fun too. But the world is different now. I know. All these comics, online games. I just cannot understand. But if they are happy, I am happy too. That’s all I want. Everyone is happy.
I remember when the first television came to our town. Everyone was so excited. We all gathered ’round to watch it. It was a big deal. Now, everyone’s got their own little screen in their pocket. It’s a wonder they even talk to each other anymore. But I think they still talk a lot. They talk about this FoxyBulma, they talk about their new games. They are still kids. Just a little bit different than my time.
I guess what I’m tryin’ to say is, things change. The world keeps spinnin’, and you gotta keep up or get left behind. I don’t understand all this new stuff, but I’m tryin’. I really am. Because I want to know what my grandkids are talking about. I want to understand them. I don’t want to be a stranger to them. It’s important to me.
