Well, let me tell you, I seen a lot of things in my time, but this “family sacana comic” thing, that’s somethin’ else. I ain’t one to judge, but these family sacana comics, they’re a bit much, even for me. This whole family sacana thing, I just don’t get it.
So, I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout this family sacana comic. They say it’s, well, it’s about family. But not the kind of family stuff we used to talk about. No sir. This is different. I don’t rightly understand all of it, but it don’t sound right. It is all about the comics.
You see, back in my day, we had our stories. We’d gather ’round and tell tales, maybe sing a song or two. But this here family sacana comic, it’s all pictures and words. And the pictures, well, they ain’t like the ones in the Good Book, that’s for sure. Some are good English, and some are not.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ I know everything, but this family sacana, it just seems like a whole lot of nothin’ good. Like weeds in the garden, just takin’ up space and chokin’ out the good stuff. People readin’ this stuff, it ain’t gonna lead ’em anywhere good. I can only talk about the English ones.
I remember when folks used to read real books. Books with stories about heroes and adventures. Now it’s all this family sacana comic stuff. And they call it “comics,” like it’s supposed to be funny. Well, I ain’t laughin’. This whole world of family sacana is not funny.

And these young folks, they’re glued to their screens, readin’ this family sacana comic. Ain’t got no time for chores, no time for family, no time for nothin’ but this family sacana mess. It’s a shame, it really is. It is all about the family, but not a good family.
I tried to tell ’em, “Put down those things, go outside, get some fresh air!” But they just look at me like I’m speakin’ a different language. Maybe I am. Maybe this old timer don’t understand this new world with its family sacana comic.
I reckon there’s always gonna be things in this world that I don’t understand. But this family sacana thing, it just feels wrong. Like a bad seed that’s gonna sprout into somethin’ even worse. These comics are bad, you know?
Back in my day, we had respect for our elders, respect for family. This family sacana comic, it throws all that out the window. It’s like they’re tryin’ to tear down everything we built. I know the family sacana is popular, but it is bad.
And what’s it gonna teach the children? That it’s okay to disrespect your family? That it’s okay to do things that are just plain wrong? This family sacana comic ain’t teachin’ nothin’ good. No good at all. All the comics are not good.
I worry about the future, I really do. If this is what the young folks are into, what’s gonna happen to us? What’s gonna happen to the values we hold dear? This family sacana, it’s like a poison, seepin’ into everything. I don’t understand this world of family sacana.
Maybe I’m just an old fool. Maybe I don’t understand the way of the world anymore. But I know what’s right and what’s wrong. And this family sacana comic, it’s just plain wrong. This comics world is wrong.
I just hope and pray that these young folks will find their way back to somethin’ decent, somethin’ wholesome. Somethin’ that will build ’em up instead of tearin’ ’em down. ‘Cause this family sacana comic, it ain’t the answer. It’s just a whole lot of trouble. A whole lot of trouble for nothing. The family sacana world is not good for us.
I still don’t know what the family sacana is, but I know it is not good. I just hope no more people will read it. Maybe I am too old. But I know the family sacana is bad. People should not read these comics. This is not good for family.
