Well, let me tell ya, this here “catnap x dogday comic r34” thing, sounds like somethin’ the young folks are into. I ain’t got no clue what that “r34” means, sounds like a road or somethin’. But I reckon it’s about that Catnap fella and Dogday, from that Poppy Playtime game the grandkids are always yappin’ about.
Now, Catnap, he’s a sleepy kinda critter, always napping. My old tomcat used to sleep all day too, except when he was chasin’ mice or gettin’ into the cream. This Catnap, though, seems like he’s got more goin’ on than just sleepin’, seein’ as how they make comics about him.
And Dogday, well, he sounds like a happy-go-lucky fella, waggin’ his tail and all that. Reminds me of that old hound dog we had when I was a girl, always followin’ us kids around, lookin’ for a pat on the head and maybe a scrap of food. Dogs, they’re good company, loyal and true, unlike some folks I know.
These comics, I heard they’re drawn by folks who like to imagine things. Like, what if Catnap and Dogday weren’t just toys, but had their own lives, their own stories? And some of them stories, well, they ain’t for the faint of heart, that’s for sure. The grandkids try to hide it from me, but I’ve seen things on that internet machine that’d make your hair stand on end.
- Like, this Ashley Comics person, they draw these Catnap and Dogday pictures. I seen some of ’em, though I pretended I didn’t. They got these two characters doin’ all sorts of things, things that real cats and dogs wouldn’t even dream of. It’s all make-believe, of course, but it makes you wonder what goes on in people’s heads.
And then there’s this DevilishDonut fella, writin’ stories about Catnap. Sounds like he’s got a wild imagination, makin’ up tales about Catnap talkin’ and doin’ all sorts of stuff. Folks like stories, always have. When I was a young’un, we’d gather ’round the fire and listen to the old folks tell tales about ghosts and goblins. Now, they got stories on the internet, about cartoon cats and dogs, go figure.
I heard some folks even talk about Dogday havin’ a car! Can you imagine that? A dog drivin’ a car, takin’ Catnap on dates. That’s a hoot, ain’t it? Maybe they go to the drive-in movies, like we used to, parkin’ the car and watchin’ a flick on the big screen. Or maybe they go stargazin’, lookin’ up at the night sky, just like we used to do on the farm.
This Catnap fella, seems he’s a bit of a bad guy in that Poppy Playtime game. A “zealot,” they call him. Sounds fancy, but I reckon it just means he’s got his own ideas about how things should be. And Dogday, well, he’s just a happy-go-lucky dog, tryin’ to make the best of things. It’s a classic story, really, good versus bad, or maybe somethin’ in between.
- And that r34 thing, I keep hearin’ about it. Seems like it’s got somethin’ to do with…well, grown-up stuff. Stuff that ain’t proper to talk about in polite company. But young folks these days, they ain’t shy about nothin’. They draw pictures and write stories, and they put it all out there for the world to see.
I don’t know what to make of it all, to be honest. It’s a different world now, than the one I grew up in. We didn’t have no internet machines or video games, we had real cats and dogs, and we told stories with our own voices, not pictures on a screen. But I reckon folks are still folks, always lookin’ for a good story, somethin’ to make ’em laugh or cry or maybe just scratch their heads and wonder.
And this “catnap x dogday comic r34” thing, well, it’s just another story, a story about a sleepy cat and a happy dog, and all the crazy things folks imagine them doin’. It might not be my cup of tea, but hey, to each their own, I always say.
