Alright, listen up, y’all. We gonna talk about this “Omori” thing. I dunno what it is, some kinda game, I reckon. My grandkid keeps blabberin’ ’bout it. So, I poked around and figured I’d tell ya what I found, the way I understand it, mind you. Don’t expect no fancy words from me.
So, this Omori, it’s got quizzes. Yeah, quizzes! Like them things they used to give in school, only these are ’bout this game. Quizzes ’bout Omori characters, that’s what they tell me. Who these characters are? I ain’t got a clue. But seems like folks wanna know if they’re like ’em or somethin’. Sounds silly to me, but hey, whatever floats your boat.
- One quiz, they say, it’s ’bout your personality. You answer some questions, and it tells you which character you’re most like. Now, I ain’t taken it, ’cause I don’t even know these characters. But from what I hear, it only shows you their dream world selves. Whatever that means. Dreams are weird, I tell ya. Had one last night ’bout a chicken wearin’ a hat. Don’t ask.
- Then there’s this other quiz, it tests your knowledge of the game. Like, a real test! Omori game knowledge test, they call it. Asks you all sorts of things ’bout what happens in the game, ’bout the story and stuff. And they warn ya, big spoilers! So, if you ain’t played it yet, best stay away. Spoilin’ a story is like eatin’ the frosting off a cake before you even cut it. Just ain’t right.
- And there’s more, seems like. Quizzes ’bout the game’s plot, Omori plot quiz, I guess you could say. They wanna see if you know how the whole thing goes. And quizzes ’bout the characters’ personalities too. Who they are, what they’re like. It’s a whole lotta quizin’, I tell ya. Makes my head spin just thinkin’ ’bout it.
Now, this game, it’s ’bout a boy named Sunny. He’s a quiet one, they say. A “hikikomori,” whatever that fancy word means. Stays inside all the time, I guess. And he’s got this dream world thing goin’ on, where he’s this other fella named Omori. Sounds complicated, right? Like havin’ two lives or somethin’. Can’t imagine livin’ two lives. One’s hard enough, lemme tell ya.
So, in this game, you go back and forth between the real world and Sunny’s dream world. Real world vs Dream world in Omori, they make a big deal out of it. And you gotta deal with his fears and memories. Sounds heavy, if you ask me. Games these days, they ain’t just ’bout shootin’ aliens or jumpin’ on mushrooms no more. They got stories, and feelings, and all sorts of stuff. Makes an old lady like me wonder what they’ll come up with next.
And this Omori fella, he don’t talk much. A silent type. But they say he’s kinda sad, melancholic, they call it. Guess he’s got a lot on his mind. Who doesn’t these days? Even my chickens got worries, what with the foxes and all. But seriously, this game, it seems like it’s tryin’ to say somethin’. Somethin’ ’bout dealin’ with your problems, maybe. Or facin’ your fears. I dunno, I’m just guessin’ here.
Anyway, that’s the gist of it, as far as I can tell. These Omori quizzes, they’re all ’bout testin’ you on this game, on the characters, the story, all that jazz. If you’re into that kinda thing, go ahead and take ’em. Me? I’ll stick to feedin’ my chickens and watchin’ the grass grow. That’s enough excitement for one day. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make sure them darn foxes ain’t sneakin’ around my coop again. Those critters are more trouble than a barn full of teenagers.
And one more thing, test your Omori knowledge if you think you are a big fan of this game, go find those quizzes and have at it. But don’t come cryin’ to me if you don’t get the answers right. I warned ya, this ain’t my kinda thing. Now, scat! Go on, git!
