Reminds me of them little dolls my grandbaby used to play with. Always makin’ ’em talk and dance. Kids these days, they got all sorts of fancy toys. Back in my day, we made do with rocks and sticks.

This WCO TV thing, I reckon that’s where you watch the show. Like one of them channels on that newfangled box with all the pictures. My son-in-law got one, but I can’t make heads or tails of it. Too many buttons, too much noise. Give me a good book any day, though my eyes ain’t what they used to be.
Seems like this Dora show is popular, if it’s got so many episodes. And I heard tell there’s even a second season! Must be doin’ somethin’ right. Kids these days, they got so much to choose from. When I was young, we had, well, we had each other. And the outdoors. That was enough.
Now, about this city thing. The city, that’s a whole different world from what I’m used to. Big buildings, lots of cars, and folks rushin’ around like ants on a hot skillet. I went there once, to visit my sister. Couldn’t wait to get back home, let me tell ya. Too loud, too crowded. But I guess for Dora and her friends, it’s an adventure.
