Alright, let’s talk about this UFC canvas art stuff. I ain’t no fancy art critic, but I know what I like, and I see a lot of folks are into these pictures, so let’s figure it out.
First off, what is it? Well, it’s like a picture, but not on paper. It’s on that… canvas stuff. You know, the thick cloth painters use. Makes it look… I dunno, more important, I guess. And these ain’t just any pictures, they’re about the UFC. That fighting stuff, with the fellas punchin’ and kickin’ each other. My grandson, he watches it all the time.
Now, you can get all sorts of UFC pictures on canvas. Some are just the fighters, you know, like that Conor McGregor fella everyone talks about. He’s always yelling and got all them tattoos. You can get him on a canvas, big as life, or maybe him fightin’ with that other guy, Nate Diaz. They had some good scraps, them two.
And it ain’t just the fighters. Some pictures are of the UFC logo, that octagon thing. Looks like a stop sign, but for fighting! Or maybe it’s the event posters, you know, the ones they put up to tell you when the fights are. They make them into canvas pictures too. My grandson says they call them “collectibles.” Sounds fancy, but it’s just a picture, ain’t it?
- What kind of canvas are they using? Well, I heard some are made of that PVC stuff, like plastic almost. Others are cotton, like my old dish towels, but thicker. And then there’s somethin’ called PES, I ain’t got a clue what that is. Sounds like somethin’ the doctors would use! And they got padding in the frames too, make ’em all puffy lookin’.
- Why canvas though? I guess it makes the pictures look better, you know? More… real. You can see all the little details, the sweat on the fighters’ faces, the blood on their… well, you get the idea. And they don’t glare so much when the light hits ’em.
They come in all different sizes too. Some are big, like you could hang ’em over your couch. Others are small, like you could put ’em on your desk. Or even in the bathroom, I suppose, if you really wanted to look at a fightin’ man while you’re… well, never mind.
And where can you get these things? Seems like everywhere! My grandson, he’s always lookin’ at them online. Amazon, he calls it. Says they got all sorts. And there are other places too, I guess. Places that sell art, or maybe even just UFC stuff.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ you need one of these UFC canvas art things. But if you like the fights, and you want somethin’ to hang on your wall, well, it might be just the ticket. Just remember, it’s just a picture. Don’t get too worked up about it. It ain’t gonna make you a better fighter, that’s for sure.
And don’t go spendin’ your rent money on it neither! My grandson tells me some of these things can be right expensive. You gotta be smart with your money, even if you like lookin’ at them fellas punchin’ each other. A picture ain’t gonna put food on the table.
But if you got a few extra dollars and you want somethin’ to spruce up your place, well, a UFC canvas picture might just do the trick. Just pick one you like, and don’t let nobody tell you it ain’t good enough. It’s your wall, you hang what you want on it. That’s what I say, anyways.
One last thing, they had this one fight, my grandson was tellin’ me about, where the mat was yellow. Said it was special, like gold or somethin’. They probably got pictures of that on canvas too. Makes you wonder, what color will they use next? Maybe green, like that grass in the park. Or maybe red, like a good, juicy tomato.
