Hey everyone, it’s your boy back again with another unboxing and review! Today, I’m diving into the WWE Elite Series 109 action figures. I’ve been collecting these bad boys for a while now, and I gotta say, Mattel keeps stepping up their game.
So, first off, I pre-ordered the whole set from Ringside Collectibles. It wasn’t cheap, but hey, gotta catch ’em all, right? The set includes Seth Rollins, Dominik Mysterio, Damian Priest, Shinsuke Nakamura, Cody Rhodes, and Bayley. Six figures of pure wrestling goodness.
I started by ripping open the box with Seth Rollins. The detail on this figure is insane! They really nailed his look, from the hair to the outfit. And the articulation? Smooth as butter. I spent a good 10 minutes just posing him in different iconic stances. It is perfect!
Next up, I unboxed Dominik Mysterio. Now, I’m a big fan of the Mysterio legacy, and this figure does it justice. He’s got that signature mask, and the colors are super vibrant. I tried to recreate some of his high-flying moves, and the figure held up pretty well.
After that, I moved on to Damian Priest. This guy’s a beast, and the figure reflects that. He’s got a solid build, and the detailing on his tattoos is really impressive. I could practically hear the crowd cheering as I made him perform his finishing move.
Then came Shinsuke Nakamura. Now, this one’s a bit special because I got the chase variant with the red stripes! I was stoked when I saw it in the box. The detail on this one is probably the best of the bunch. I mean, the face sculpt? Spot on! Even tried to make him do his signature entrance, and he almost pulled it off, this made me excited.
Cody Rhodes was next. The American Nightmare himself. This figure is another winner. The likeness is great, and he comes with a few cool accessories. I spent a good chunk of time setting up a mini-match between him and Seth Rollins. They look so good in action, and these make me feel like a kid again.
Last but not least, I unboxed Bayley. She’s always been one of my favorites, and this figure doesn’t disappoint. The detailing on her outfit is on point, and she comes with her iconic hair. I tried to make her do her Bayley-to-Belly, and the figure’s flexibility made it a breeze.
- First, I pre-ordered the entire set.
- Then, I unboxed each figure one by one.
- I carefully examined the details and articulation of each figure.

All in all, the WWE Elite Series 109 is a must-have for any wrestling fan or collector. These figures are top-notch in terms of quality and detail. I had a blast playing around with them, and they’re now proudly displayed on my shelf. This is definitely one of the best action figure lines out there. Can’t wait to see what Mattel comes up with next!
Overall Experience
It’s fun! I’ve been a wrestling fan since I was a kid, and these figures bring back so many memories. It’s not just about collecting; it’s about reliving those epic moments and creating new ones. These figures are like little pieces of wrestling history that I can hold in my hands. And honestly, it’s just plain fun to pose them and create your own little wrestling universe. This is so cool!
